Your DANA wallet receives the funds within subject to verification. DANA transactions are instant and incur no hidden fees on our platform. Your transaction history is always visible in your account log. If a deposit fails, DANA refunds the amount to your wallet within a few minutes; contact our support team if the refund is delayed.

OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are widely supported payment methods on jawatoto. Both require you to link your OVO or GoPay account to your jawatoto profile during your first deposit. Navigate to Deposit, choose OVO or GoPay, and confirm your phone number. A verification code is sent to your registered phone; enter it to complete the link. After linking, future deposits are instant — simply enter your amount and approve the transaction in your OVO or GoPay app. Processing time is typically subject to verification. BCA, Mandiri, BRI, ENI virtual account

jawatoto supports deposits and withdrawals via virtual accounts (VA) from BCA, Mandiri, and BRI. When you select a bank-transfer payment method during deposit, we generate a unique VA number tied to your account. This VA is reusable; you can transfer to it multiple times without generating a new code. Transfer your desired amount from your personal bank account (via your bank's mobile app or ATM) to the provided VA. The transfer typically clears in subject to verification, depending on your bank's processing time. For withdrawals, log into jawatoto, select Withdraw, choose your bank, and enter your amount. The funds are transferred back to the bank account associated with your VA (or another registered account, subject to verification). Bank transfers are secure and fully logged in your transaction history. ENI is not currently included in our standard VA options; for questions about additional bank partners, contact support.

Fees, limits and verification

jawatoto does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on any supported payment method. Fees (if any) come from your payment provider or bank, not from us. account preferences vary by payment method: mobile wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay) typically allow deposits in a broad descriptive range per transaction; bank transfers allow larger amounts but may take longer to process. Your account is subject to a daily withdrawal limit based on your verification level and account history. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification (provide ID and address proof). Verification typically takes subject to verification after submission. Once approved, you become withdrawal-eligible and can process withdrawals to your registered payment methods. Your account dashboard displays your current withdrawal limit and remaining daily quota. Resolving a stalled transaction
